Each submitted manuscript should have 1 inch margins, single spaced, with font sized 12. The first page should include the title of the entry, author’s name, phone number, and email address on it. The next page should have a summary of the story. The third page should have an outline of the story. After that, the entire book should follow.
I hereby give ACM the right to distribute my story to judges for consideration and if I am a winner I give my consent to ACM to publish the story, in full, in an anthology of winning entries. I also give ACM the right to distribute that anthology at its own discretion. I understand that whether I am a winning applicant or not, I will receive a copy of the anthology unless I choose not to. I assert that the submitted story is completely original work and does not infringe on the rights of any other entity.
I also agree to receive emails from contest administrators regarding my entry and to have my email included in the mailing list, which I understand I may opt out of after I receive the first message.
